Stephanie Hammond  

Executive Assistant

Ms. Hammond joined Jordan Knauff & Company in 2014, bringing with her experience in both the corporate and academic worlds. She serves as the company’s office manager and as direct administrative support to Mr. G. Cook Jordan, Jr.

Ms. Hammond has 15+ years of administrative experience in fields ranging from dry bulk transportation to private equity. Her professional and personal backgrounds also include significant experience working with various Chicago-based non-profits: Serving on the associate boards of both Open Books and the Chicago Foundation for Education (CFE), organizing and coordinating fundraising events, and managing teams of volunteers on-site during various activities.

Prior to joining Jordan Knauff & Company, Ms. Hammond was an Administrative Assistant in the Economics Department at the University of Chicago, where she was responsible for expanding their web and social media presence, editing and organizing research publications and proposals, and handling the logistics of a weekly department workshop.
