Real Estate
Real estate has become an increasingly popular investment class as investors search for yield within their portfolio. Groups involved in the acquisition, operation, and maintenance of various classes of real estate have become increasingly active as younger generations convert to a “lock and leave” mentality. Income-producing real estate has four major classes: office, retail, industrial, and multifamily residential. Ancillary segments include hotels, self-storage, parking, and senior care housing. In our real estate investment banking practice, our primary endeavor includes: identifying high quality management teams; collaborating with them to formulate a business plan and capital raise strategy; and mutually undertaking the process of securing the capital and Balance Sheet structure to fund their business plan.
